DOUBLE WING DOOR WITH INTERRUPTED THERMAL BRIDGE

The double wing door with an interrupted thermal bridge is an interesting new item in our portfolio which we offer as an alternative to the sectional, sliding or roller doors. It is ideal for a garage with only minimum reveal and lintol. Like any other doors made by KRUŽÍK s.r.o., the double wing door is also always made to measure.

The double wing door is made always using high-quality adjustable hinges which ensure perfect balancing of the door with the frame. The double wing doors always have a low doorsill, which ensures a higher stability of the entire structure. A solid aluminium structure with an interrupted thermal bridge guarantees long durability of this door and excellent thermal insulating properties. The aluminium frame is also a distinct design element of this door. There are many options of colour combinations of the frame and panels, which ensures the door is in perfect harmony with the house façade or any element thereof.

Furthermore, customers may choose from almost three thousand colour shades or more than fifty-five wood imitations and colour foils which are applied to the panels using a special lamination method. The door can be filled with any panel type and most of the accessories like in the case of the sectional door.

And now all types of the double wing doors and side doors can be glazed with an insulating double glazing unit with various decors.

DOUBLE WING DOOR WITH UNINTERRUPTED THERMAL BRIDGE

The double wing door with an interrupted thermal bridge is the conventional type of double wing doors. Compared to the double wing door with interrupted thermal bridge, it obviously has worse thermal insulating characteristics, however, its advantage is a lower price. Like the double wing door with interrupted thermal bridge, this double wing door is also always made to measure, it has adjustment hinges, a low doorsill that reinforces the entire structure and a solid aluminium frame, however, with a uninterrupted thermal bridge. Most accessories can be used like for the sectional door or you can choose any wood imitation, colour foil or colour shade from the broad colour scheme to your taste.

Both types of the double wing door are always installed in the aperture. This is the reason why no reveal is required and the version without electric drive does not require the lintol, either. When the electric drive is used, the minimum lintol of 50 mm is required. The version with electric drive uses the same drives as for the sectional door. The door panels are installed horizontally as a standard; a vertical installation requires individual consultation. Both types of the double wing door can open both inwards or outwards, however, only without the electric drive when opening inwards.
