I. Personal data protection 1. The company KRUŽÍK s.r.o., with headquarters in Veleslavínova 2357/7, 76701 Kroměříž, Czech Republic, IČO:26943115, is the administrator of the following websites www.kruzik.cz www.duraprint.cz www.kinggates.cz www.kasirovani-kruzik.cz www.alusystemkruzik.cz (all named websites hereinafter only „Web“ ) and at the same time the controller of personal data of the Web users according to Article 4, par. 7) (hereinafter only „Controller“) of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter only „GDPR”). The Controller undertakes to process the personal data of the Web users in accordance with legal regulations, especially the GDPR, and the internal rules of the Controller. The Web user is any natural person who completes the request form on the Web, encloses the required documents and sends the request to the Controller (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). The User may only fill in his or her personal data and not the personal data of a third person; for damages caused by breach of this duty, the Controller is not responsible The Controller offers Users to deliver material products and services, (hereinafter only "Products").
2. The User by sending a request form from the Web: a) a) agrees to process his/her personal data for the processing of demand and to establish cooperation with the Controller, b) declares that he/she does not consider sending the information under (a) as unsolicited advertising within the meaning of Act. no. 40/1995 Sb., as amended, as the User, by sending the information according to a) in conjunction with § 7 of Act no. No. 480/2004 Sb., as amended, expressly agrees.
3. The User's personal information required for the successful processing of the request (name and address, contact) is required in the Web request form. The purpose of processing personal data is to process demand for business purposes. The legal reason for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, f) GDPR. The Controller's legitimate interest is the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending quotes, business announcements, Controller’s product bids, and telephone contact to the User.
By completing the request form on the Web and sending it, the User confirms that he / she understands these privacy rules, agrees with their wording and accepts them in their entirety. In the exercise of its legal obligations and its legitimate interest, the Controller is authorized to process personal data of Users for the purposes specified, to the extent appropriate and for the period necessary to do so. The Controller is entitled, under the terms and conditions established by applicable law, to transmit personal data of the User for the purpose of further processing to the persons (recipients), that is to say, in particular, the business partners of the Controller who will process personal data solely for the purposes of the Controller's legitimate interest specified in point 3.
5. The Controller uses the services of subcontractors, in particular programmer and webmaster, webhosting provider and mailing service provider, whereas User's personal data is not stored in third countries. These subcontractors are screened for the safe processing of personal data. Personal data 2 is stored in secure databases. The webmaster and the web host have entered into a personal data processing agreement under which the web host is responsible for ensuring the physical, hardware, and software perimeter security, and hence bears direct responsibility for the User for any leakage or intrusion of personal data. The Controller and subcontractors who have access to personal data have entered into a confidentiality agreement.
6. The Controller stores the User's personal data for the time necessary for the processing of the request and also for the possible telephone addressing of the User until he / she is not interested in the services of the Controller. If a contract is concluded or another business relationship is established between the Controller and the User, the Controller shall store personal data during the performance of the contract and for a period of 15 years after the termination of the contract unless otherwise provided by law.
The User is under no obligation to provide personal information. However, the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for processing the request and without providing personal data, it is not possible to handle the request by the Controller or by his business partners.
8. The User has the right to obtain from the Controller information about whether the personal data concerning him / her is processed or not. The User has the right to require the Controller to access his / her personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, to rectify or supplement his / her personal data under GDPR Article 16, or to limit the processing under Article 18 GDPR. The User has the right to revoke the consent under Article 7, paragraph 3 of the GDPR and the right to delete personal data under Article 17 GDPR. Furthermore, the User has the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR. The User can claim his / her rights by sending an e-mail request to kruzik@kruzik.cz , in writing to the Controller or by personal request at the Controller’s headquarters.
9. The User has the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if he / she considers that his / her right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
10. There is no automated individual decision-making, including profiling by the Controller, within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
